Actress Sonal Chauhan, who starred alongside Emraan Hashmi in “Jannat”, is on a roll. She will shoot at the Seven Wonders of the World for a song worth Rs.6 million.

The song will be for a Kannada film “Cheluvine Ninna Nodalu” and she has teamed up with southern actor Shivrajkumar in it.

“I am more excited than nervous. I will have to do tonnes of rehearsals. The most exciting part of it all was shooting this song with the superstar himself – Shivrajkumar. He is absolutely amazing to work with,” Sonal said.

“If you thought that the music of Gangster and Awarapan were great, look out for Jannat. It is out of this world and simply phenomenal,” declares Emraan Hashmi who would be seeing a film of his arriving at theaters after almost a year. Though 2006 saw Good Boy Bad Boy, The Train and Awarapan releasing one after another, it has been a sort of wait for Emraan Hashmi in 2008, as Jannat would be arriving only in the month of May.

The death of Bob Woolmer (Pakistan’s former cricket coach) was sensational or not, here’s Kunal Deshmukh sensationalizing it in his film, Jannat starring Emraan Hashmi. Richard Burton a part-time theatre actor in Cape Town and Woolmer’s family friend will be playing the role of Woolmer.

Jannat is based on the biggest controversies circling cricket – betting. Kunal confirms that Richard would be made to look like Woolmer and the reason he was chosen to essay the role was because Richard apart from being an actor has also been a part-time coach and coached the Essex team. The film is partially inspired from Woolmer’s life and his mysterious death after Pakistan team’s defeat at the 2007 Cricket World Cup. It is believed by Woolmer’s family that there is a rare possibility of it being a murder considering the fact that he was a very friendly person.
